The Agilent B2902A Precision Source/Meter Unit (SMU) can both source and measure voltage and current, acting as source and meter in one. 

It is typically used in conjunction with the miBots to perform IV sweeps of devices. It has a minimum source resolution of 1 pA /1 μV, and minimum measurement resolution of 100 fA/100 nV
