Wet Etch Course

The wet etch course is highly recommended for the users who wish to learn the basics of wet etch.

The course covers some basic cleaning procedures, points out what to keep in mind before doing wet etch and the general procedures for handling chemicals based on the Piranha etch exemple.

A practical session can be scheduled with the engineer if needed.
