StepOnePlus real-time PCR

StepOnePlus is our machine for real-time/quantitative PCR. 

The StepOnePlus can do both real-time runs or end-point runs.

The StepOnePlus is connected to a laptop with the StepOne software. It is also possible to run it as a stand-alone system.

 

The system has four filters that can detect these fluorophores:

1	FAM SYBR Green	~ 520 nm
2	JOE VIC	~ 550 nm
3	TAMRA NED	~ 580 nm
4	ROX	~ 610 nm
