QSSPC

WCT-120 is a measurement and analysis setup which can be used to determine minority charge carrier lifetime as a function of injection level. The setup includes both Quasi-Steady-State Photoconductance (QSSPC) and transient photoconductance techniques.

The samples for WCT-120 should ideally be larger than 4x4cm^2 but in some cases the setup can be calibrated for smaller samples

Suns-Voc is a measurement and analysis setup which can be used to measure pseudo I-V curves under illumination. This allows the monitoring and optimization of solar cell manufacturing processes.
