HF fume hood

The HF-fume hood is the only place in NTNU NanoLab’s cleanroom you are allowed to use HF (Hydrofluoric acid) and solutions/ samples containing HF.

The course “Safe Handling of Hydrofluoric Acid in NTNU NanoLab” is mandatory for all users who want to work with HF (Hydrofluoric acid).
